Try to pick songs that you feel comfortable singing. We will all sound our best when you know the song well. Keep in mind that we have several hundred (and counting) songs to choose from, so sometimes we may need your guidance. If you're feeling truly brave and spin the Wheel of Death, well then...

Please be respectful with your requests; only make requests if you seriously intend to sing. Understand that — depending on how many other requests are in the queue — we might call your name, and we might not. Do NOT flood the queue with requests, or we will ignore them.

We love to jam, so if you hear your song start, just come on up; we'll play 'till you're ready. And when you're up there, you gotta own that mic. Sing it loud, and sing it proud — into the mic, not over it.

If the page doesn't turn, we're probably not ready to turn the page. Wait for it.
Yes, sometimes when the page doesn't turn, it will be because we have to turn the page manually and it just didn't happen in time. Those situations should be recognizable — feel free to rock on. In any event, we'll always do our best to follow you.

We are NOT a karaoke machine (nor do we want to be).
We love live music and hope you do, too, so don't be upset or surprised that we don't sound "just like the CD".

We have spent A LOT of time building this site and the prompter system. We have also spent (and continue to spend) a lot of time entering all of these songs (with all the page breaks, comments, etc). We may already know your favorite song (we may not) even if it isn't in our system yet. We'll do our best to accomodate requests for those songs, but we make no promises. Most likely we will add the song later and you can sing it with us at another gig.

We are not accepting requests for musicians to sit in with the band — only singers.
No exceptions.
